BIM/ICT Manger for Water & Energy Infrastructure

Civil & Process Engineering is a dynamic team of experts in the Energy department, dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions. Our project portfolio includes water infrastructure such as pumping stations, reservoirs, water and wastewater facilities, and climate change adaptations; and energy infrastructure like waste to energy, bio energy, carbon capture, and power-to-x. We experience a strong growth in both areas and are looking to strengthen our expertise with skilled professionals that value high technical standards and quality in their work.

As a BIM/ICT Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) strategies across our water and energy infrastructure projects. Your expertise will drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation within our project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of BIM processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM workflows.
• Provide detailed knowledge of BIM software applications, including Tekla and Revit.
• Facilitate clash detection and design coordination using BIM tools.
• Oversee the deployment and management of ICT systems related to project data and communication.
• Ensure effective utilization of ICT tools for project collaboration and information exchange.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BIM and ICT.
• Work closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive successful BIM and ICT adoption.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture or related fields.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM implementation for infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Tekla (and Revit).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
