    Sweco is the new strategic developer consultancy for The Danish Ministry of Defence Estate Agency<\/h1>\n

    Until 2028, Sweco will help ensure a common thread in the strategic focus areas of the Danish Ministry of Defence Estate Agency, including developer consultancy and services within sustainability, health and safety coordination and estate portfolio consultancy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    As a developer consultancy, Sweco will ensure consistency in the coming strategic focus areas across the various building types of the Danish Defence. Buildings spread across more than 500 locations in Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland, ranging from state-of-the-art buildings like the rescue station, Redningsstation Skagen, to Danish heritage buildings like the citadel, Kastellet.<\/p>\n

    \u201cWe are pleased to contribute to this important task of the Danish Ministry of Defence Estate Agency in upgrading and further developing the physical frameworks for the Danish Defence.     Developer consultancy is rooted in Sweco’s business area for Existing Building & Consultants, headed by Director Henrik Leks\u00f8<\/p>\n

    Project services include developer consultancy, as well as services in areas such as sustainability, health and safety coordination and estate portfolio consultancy. This collaboration will span for four years starting in May 2024, with an expected budget of DKK 160 million and a maximum budget of DKK 240 million.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n
