New modern office domicile for Danmarks Skibskredit
At Langebrogade no. 5 in Christianshavn, our architects and specialists are in the process of an extensive transformation of the new office premises for Danmarks Skibskredit.
The task consists in modernizing out-of-date commercial tenancies, including the technical installations, climate screen and surfaces – both inside and outside.

Renovation increases requirements
The renovation of the house from 1957 also entails an increased requirement for the capacity of the technical facilities, which is why the project team behind it is applying to expand and at the same time create access and accommodation on the roof in the form of a terrace and smaller pavilion for staff and meeting functions.
The remaining part of the roof surface will be greened and the existing technical buildings will be renovated.
