The plan for the area enables the transformation of the former GASA industrial site in Tilst in Aarhus into a new peri-urban residential area with approx. 600 new homes, offices, businesses and a grocery store.

Attractive and diverse district
We have provided architectural and urban planning advice, from the very first sketches through to the concrete proposal for the entire area. The aim of the project has been to create an attractive and varied neighbourhood with a wide range of different housing types and diverse outdoor areas and urban spaces.
Clear and realistic principles have been prepared for roads, parking, border zones, outdoor areas and housing types which have been included in the district plan. The district plan thus sets out the principles which will ensure – and which at the end of the day will determine – that the area is developed as a new urban area with a strong and distinctive character.
