Optimal sporting environment for spectators and players in Silkeborg
The ambition for the new stadium was to give Silkeborg IF as well as the city of Silkeborg and its surroundings a new, strong image and a sporting landmark.
In the work with the new Superliga stadium, we have focused on creating a stadium that both architecturally and functionally offers an optimal setting for players and spectators, and which can brand Silkeborg nationally and add value to the city.

Tribune facility for 10,000 spectators
JYSK Park has been created with a continuous grandstand system that encircles the pitch all the way around and provides space for up to 10,000 spectators. The sides are curved, which gives a more rounded and enveloping track experience and architectural character. The closed shape naturally puts the track in the center which intensifies the spectator experience. The grandstand facility is divided into an underground and a raised part, with a level-free service area in between with beer stalls and toilet facilities. In this way there is – regardless of where you are during the match – visual contact with the pitch.
In the arrival building you find sponsor facilities for business, including Skybox and VIP lounge. The areas have been built together with the stands, so that you can also contribute to the atmosphere during the match from here.
