Programme Management & Capacity Development

Sweco facilitates change towards a more sustainable and resilient future through our programme management to and capacity development of international financial institutions, ministries and development agencies. Our support to the implementation of programmes and projects is based on the main principle that we are facilitators of international cooperation and that contextualisation is key to success, for example concerning existing policies and the participation of key stakeholders. It is also based on the belief that small as well as large transformations in society and organisations requires the right capacities to sustain and implement them.

Sweco assist countries and organisations in mobilising their efforts to move along a sustainable development path-way, both when it comes to cross-cutting issues and technically specific projects. Through an integration of our capabilities within facilitation, management, capacity development and our in-house technical expertise, we are an ideal partner in supporting the increasingly cross-cutting themes in the programmes and projects developing the societies of tomorrow.

Sweco can assist in:

  • Capacity development
  • Institutional analysis and strengthening
  • Programme management
  • Process facilitation
  • Technical assistance
